Responsible For
Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Warmly welcome guests, seat them comfortably, and present food and drink menus.

Order Taking: Answer questions about menu items, make recommendations, and accurately record food and beverage orders using our POS (Point of Sale) system or order pads.

Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring orders match guest specifications and table arrangements are correct.

Table Maintenance: Monitor tables throughout the meal, check in on guest satisfaction, refill water/drinks, and clear dirty plates and glassware in a timely manner.

Billing & Payments: Prepare checks, accept cash or card payments, and process transactions accurately.

Side Work & Sanitation: Help with pre-shift setup and post-shift cleanup, including rolling silverware, wiping down tables and chairs, stocking service stations, and keeping the dining area clean and organized.

Teamwork: Coordinate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and bus service to ensure smooth, efficient restaurant flow.
